Premier Business Centers Adds New Location And Expands Geographic Coverage

Irvine, California-based Premier Business Centers has signed another lease agreement concluding its eighth such agreement in the past year. The company penned a long-term lease contract for 25,000 square feet at the Anaheim Hills Office Plaza. The 2nd floor area will be re-rented by Premier.

“We are very eager to offer attorneys, accountants, financial planners, start-ups, and all professional businesses executive office suites and virtual offices in a class A building with spectacular panoramic views in the Anaheim Hills / Yorba Linda area of Orange County,” commented Jeff Reinstein, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Business Centers.

Premier Business Centers has been renting premier elite executive office space and add on services in excess of eight years. Although it is their 20th property in Orange County, it is just their first foray into the Anaheim Hills.

“We are excited to be entering this new submarket of Orange County and continuing to expand our geographic coverage in Orange County,” said Reinstein.

Office space begins at 143 sq. ft. right up to the 3-office mini-suites in the Anaheim Hills Office Plaza. Companies leasing the middle of the property would share the use of a receptionist, mailroom, conference rooms, and waiting and kitchen areas.

Anaheim Hills Office Plaza is situated in at 160 North Riverview Drive, Suite 200, Anaheim Hills, California. Anaheim Hills is beside the Riverside Freeway/Imperial Highway, and is close to the major centres of Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.
