Reverse Mortgages - Great Oak Lending Partners Gets Number One Ranking For Q3 2010

1st Maryland Mortgage Corp. dba Great Oak Lending Partners, a trusted mortgage company and FHA Full Eagle direct lender servicing the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that it was ranked #1 in Maryland for reverse mortgage production for the fiscal 3rd quarter of 2010.

This is the second consecutive quarter that Great Oak has been ranked #1 in Maryland for reverse mortgage production by RMInsight, the premier provider of data and analysis for the reverse mortgage industry. It has also been recognized as one of the fastest growing reverse mortgage companies nationwide.
