Black Friday Ads - Amazon Launches ‘Black Friday Deals Week’ With Significant Discounts
Amazon UK is launching a “Black Friday Deals Week” commencing on November 22, when UK consumers can benefit from more than 200 limited time sales on a vast array of products. Some of these sale products include Nintendo Wii consoles, Microsoft Xbox consoles, Sony TVs, Canon PowerShot cameras, Le Creuset cookware, Toy Story Talking Buzz Lightyear Space Rangers, and Harry Potter Blu-ray box sets.
The special promotion will last for 5 days and all the deep discount, limited time, ‘while supplies last’ offers last till Black Friday, November 26.
“For many years, shoppers in the US have enjoyed massive savings on great products as a result of the ‘Black Friday’ phenomenon,” said Brian McBride, Managing Director, Amazon.co.uk Ltd. “Amazon is always looking to offer exceptional value for money, especially in the run up to Christmas, and will replicate that activity for the benefit of all customers here in the UK. “Black Friday” is the unofficial start of the holiday shopping season in the US. Last year, retailers reported that at least $10 billion changed hands between consumers and retailers on Black Friday.
Amazon.co.uk plans to offer “Lightning Deals” whereby items will be put on sale for a limited amount of time in a limited quantity. The sale ends when the item sells its pre-determined quantity or the time limit elapses.

- more than 60% discount on Microsoft Xbox consoles
- more than 60% discount on Eternity Moment Eau de Parfum

- Sony TVs at half price
- Canon PowerShot Cameras at less than half pric
- Coronation Street Golden Anniversary Collection DVD at less than half
price
