Mortgage Help - Shore Mortgage Offers $1000 To Homeowners For Mortgage Payment

Michigan based Shore Mortgage recently announced its decision to contribute a further $100,000 to its “WE UNDERSTAND” program, that was designed by the company as a way of thanking residents of southeastern Michigan who remain current with their mortgage payments despite numerous financial difficulties.

All residents of southeastern Michigan who are current with their mortgage payments may apply through this program to receive up to $1000 towards their mortgage payments.

Robert Rahal, the President of Shore Mortgage, issued the following statement regarding this decision: “We are passionate about the people who do everything right. They are in true need of assistance today. They cut back on their spending so that they can pay their obligations, and their reward for being responsible is that they are ignored. Today’s national spotlight continues to be on foreclosures, but no one is talking about assisting these conscientious people as they have no foreclosure or repossession issues. They are truly the forgotten Michigan residents. This is the second launch of our outreach. Therefore, we are continuing to search for homeowners who do make their mortgage payments responsibly, who could use extra financial help (one to three months’ mortgage payments, up to $1000) at this time so they can dedicate their hard earned funds for other purposes. Each of the selected applicants will receive a check payable both to the applicant and to their own mortgage company. Our “WE UNDERSTAND” program will free up funds for other family objectives.”
