Dr. Oz Launches ’11 Weeks To Move It And Lose It’ Weight Loss Program
To begin the New Year with a bang, Dr. Mehmet Oz of the Dr. Oz Show, recently announced the introduction of his new weight loss program titled “11 Weeks to Move It and Lose It.” The new weight loss challenge is set to kick off on January 3rd, 2011.
The unique program is designed with customized tools such as personal trainers and weight loss plans constructed to each participants’ individual needs. Dr. Oz will make all instructions public during the January 3rd show.
The Dr. Oz Show is joining with Nike SPARQ Training Network to help administer the program’s schedule. Nike experts will be employed through various webcasts, exercise demonstrations, and Q-and-A sessions throughout the 11 weeks.
The program includes elements such as food logging, weight loss tracking, health quizzes, and a host of videos and webcasts.
